Sumaiya Khalique speaks English, Bengali, and Spanish. We also have available interpreters upon special request once we have been retained by the client.
We will communicate with you via Skype or Zoom, and set up appointments with you at a mutually convenient time for our different time zones.
Yes. We can either represent you directly at an immigration hearing in your state, do a telephonic hearing depending on the type, time, and date of hearing, or have an attorney practicing in your state represent you.
We can represent a client on all immigration matters in all states. We only represent clients in New York on corporate formation and uncontested divorces matters.

In Sydney, she worked on criminal cases on appeal before the New South Wales Supreme Court, and assisted underprivileged and disadvantaged youth at the highly respected Shopfront Youth Legal Center.
