What languages do you speak? Do you have interpreters?

Sumaiya Khalique speaks English, Bengali, and Spanish. We also have available interpreters upon special request once we have been retained by the client.

How can we communicate with you from outside the U.S. and if we are in a different time zone?

We will communicate with you via Skype or Zoom, and set up appointments with you at a mutually convenient time for our different time zones.

If we live in a different state, can you represent us at an immigration hearing?

Yes. We can either represent you directly at an immigration hearing in your state, do a telephonic hearing depending on the type, time, and date of hearing, or have an attorney practicing in your state represent you.

Can you represent a client in all matters, in all states in the U.S.?

We can represent a client on all immigration matters in all states. We only represent clients in New York on corporate formation and uncontested divorces matters.
