Message frequency varies based on your matter and communications requested.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time to any text message received from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will be unsubscribed immediately. If you wish to resume receiving messages, please contact our office at (212) 391-3928.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at (212) 391-3928 or immigration@khaliquelaw.com.

Confidentiality notice: While we take reasonable measures to protect communications, text messaging may not be a secure method of communication. Please do not send sensitive, confidential, or time-sensitive legal information by text unless specifically instructed to do so by our office.

Attorney-client relationship: Receipt of or response to SMS messages from Khalique Law PLLC does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. Representation is established only through a signed engagement agreement with our firm.

Khalique Law PLLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to this website. Continued participation in our SMS communications constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
