Terms and Conditions

The length of your consultation depends on the type of consultation you schedule. Each consultation is subject to the maximum time allotted for that consultation type. If your consultation concludes before the allotted time has expired, any unused time is forfeited and may not be carried over, credited, or applied to a future consultation.

Unless and until an individual retains the Firm, each request to speak with the Attorney requires a separately scheduled consultation.

Consultation fees are refundable if you cancel your appointment in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Approved refunds will be issued less any applicable PayPal or Stripe merchant processing fees. You may also reschedule your consultation without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ written notice.

If you do not provide at least 24 hours’ written notice to cancel or reschedule, the consultation fee is non-refundable. If you are late for your appointment, we will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you have not joined or arrived within 15 minutes, the consultation will be considered a no-show, the appointment will be canceled, and the consultation fee will be forfeited.

If you anticipate being late, please notify our office as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee that the full consultation time will be available or that the appointment can still be held if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Clients are kindly requested to arrive on time for in-person appointments or be available at the scheduled time for video or telephone appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify the Firm in writing at least 24 hours in advance. If you anticipate being late, please call or email the Firm as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee that the full appointment time will be available. If you have not arrived or joined the appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be canceled.

A consultation with the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only after the Firm has determined that it can undertake the representation, both you and the Firm have signed a written engagement agreement, and any required retainer or deposit has been paid.

Any legal advice or preliminary assessment provided during the consultation is based solely on the facts, documents, and information available to the Attorney at the time of the consultation. Such advice or assessment may change if additional facts, documents, or legal issues are identified or if applicable law changes. The consultation is intended to provide preliminary legal guidance only and does not guarantee any particular outcome or immigration benefit.
