We kindly request you to arrive on time for your in person appointment or be available by the time of your video or phone appointment. Should you wish to reschedule, please notify us in advance by phone or email.

The duration of the consultation depends on the consultation matter being discussed but consultation time does not carry over to a subsequent consultation if the maximum allocated time of the consultation is not used.

Unless and until an individual retains the Firm, the individual must schedule a consultation to speak with the Attorney.

We provide refunds on consultation payments if you cancel 24 hours in advance in writing, in which case we will return to you the fee (minus 3% PayPal merchant processing fees ($5-$8)). You may reschedule your appointment for another time.
