Terms

The duration of the consultation depends on the consultation matter being discussed but consultation time does not carry over to a subsequent consultation if the maximum allocated time of the consultation is not used.

Unless and until an individual retains the Firm, the individual must schedule a consultation to speak with the Attorney.

We provide refunds on consultation payments if you cancel 24 hours in advance in writing, in which case we will return to you the fee (minus 3% PayPal merchant processing fees ($5-$8)). You may reschedule your appointment for another time. If you do not provide any notice in writing, to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours prior to the appointment, we will wait for you at the meeting for 30 minutes, after which we will cancel your appointment, and we will not refund the consultation fee.

We kindly request you to arrive on time for your in-person appointment or be available by the time of your video or phone appointment. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance in writing. If you are running late, please call or email us as soon as possible. We will wait up to 30 minutes for you after which we will cancel your appointment.

Consultations with the Firm do not create an attorney-client relationship. In making an appointment, you understand that no attorney-client relationship is created until a formal agreement has been signed and a deposit made to commence the matter.
