Congratulations to Salima, a citizen of Ghana!!

Salima previously filed another immigration petition and faced various challenges. She was feeling very disheartened about her situation when she came to see me.

After meeting with her, I realized she was eligible for a visa that she had not considered. We had to get various documentations from her home country and the U.S., and provide circumstantial evidence. We worked hard on her case and got her a travel permit and work permit.

She was finally able to go home to Ghana to see her children with the travel permit. And now after two years, finally the case was approved last month, and she got her Green Card!!

It was such a pleasure to work with Salima and I’m so happy for her! And I’m thankful for her trust in us and to have her as a part of the Khalique Law family!
